Return Eligibility & Timeline
We’re confident you’ll love how our cookware elevates your kitchen, but if something isn’t working for you, let us know within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be in like-new condition—unused, unwashed, and free of scratches or residue. We ask that you repack them in their original packaging to ensure they stay safe during transit. This helps us keep our commitment to sustainability by reducing waste and making sure every returned piece can be responsibly handled.
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets our condition guidelines, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. You’ll receive an email confirmation when the refund is issued. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
